It's been a VERY long time... like 7 years, since I've updated this blog. I've repurposed it in anticipation of taking possession of my first home! It's a townhouse with a private garage. Yes, I can finally charge my Tesla at home!

June 29: Piano Movers & Rental clean
So tomorrow is possession day, and I have been madly planning since winning the bid back in early April. I'm great at stressing myself (and others) out during the planning stage. But the great thing about planning is the payoff. For the last couple of weeks, it's a matter of plan execution, and besides a couple of small surprises, everything is going well.
Even though I'll be living by myself, I have an entourage of family coming with me to go into the unit for the first time. It'll make it challenging to do the inspection, but hopefully they'll just leave me alone while I do my thing with my realtor.
Oh yeah, and my realtor... he was/is amazing! Totally took it all from this drama queen and landed me a great deal on a place I wanted. I'm so grateful. Maybe you'll meet him in the next post. ;)
